Lakshadweep island is known as a coral island because it has been made up of coral, which are skeletons of tiny marine animals called polyps. When they die their skeletal remains accumulate on the sea bed which grows higher and higher to form coral islands.

What to Expect

Pristine sand beaches, calm lagoons and coral reefs are the main attractions here. This Lakshadweep beach glows at night due to the presence of algae which emits light at night. This phenomenon is called bioluminescence. Walking on the glowing Bangaram beach at night is a surreal experience.

Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Agatti - transfer to Kavaratti

Meal plan; – Lunch and Dinner
We will receive and transfer you to the boat jetty for vessel transfer to Kavaratti island,
you will reach Kavaratti island in the afternoon, later check in to the room and relax.

Day 2Kavaratti Island

Meal plan: – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Morning after breakfast proceeds for sightseeing which includes marine museum, Light
house, desalination plant etc…After lunch, engage in water activities(optional), enjoy at
the beach in the evening and later back to room and relax cherishing the days
memories.

Day 3Kavaratti to Agatti

Meal plan: – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
This day our representative will transfer to you to boat jetty for vessel transfer to Agatti
island the sea journey will take 2.30 hours on arrival at Agatti jetty The Agatti assistant
will come and receive you and transfer to our home stay after fresh up proceed for Agatti
island sightseeing which include – Public Library, anthropological museum, South beach,
Eastern jetty (ship embarkation and de embarkation point), NIOT sea water desalination
Plant etc.
After lunch, day excursion to Kalpitty Island, a small uninhabited island lying in the
southern tip of Agatti with a well experienced guide; tour by a Private Boat from Agatti 30
Mints Journey. Trip provides beautiful sandy beaches and swimming with turtles, snorkeling
in blue shallow water. Sightseeing by walking in the evening back to Agatti relaxes in the
room, dinner will be served at 8:30 PM. Overnight stay at Agatti. (Kalpitty trip is paid
activity)

Day 4Agatti - Bangaram – Thinnakara day trip by private boat / sharing boat

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Bangaram Island.
On arrival at Bangaram Island, witness the mesmerizing blue sea, silver beaches, crystal
clear water, a stretching canopy of palms, glittering coral reefs and all those things you
expect from a perfect holiday gateway offered by Bangaram Island. You can have water
sports activities, beach games, or simply sunbath under warm sun rays. No calls can disturb
your schedule once you land on this heaven. After lunch (packed lunch will be
provided), proceed to reach Thinnakara. After sightseeing back to Agatti, relax in the
room, dinner will be served at 8:30 PM. Overnight stay at Agatti.
Note: Bangaram and Thinnakara are small uninhabited Islands. You can visit these places
by walking only. No vehicles will be provided.
